Keypad Hotel - 24 Hang Ga

Ms. Lily, Ms. Mint and Mr. Bong made our stay extra special. Actually all the staff did including the woman manning the breakfast buffet and the staff at reception. They gave us directions to the money changer and arranged an airport taxi for our return trip. They even packed breakfast for our early morning flight to Manila. The rooms are very clean, Netflix and aircon worked great. Good selection for breakfast buffet. Keypad is within walking distance from other attractions and in the midst of the frenetic highly charged but delightful Hanoi daily life. Some attractions like St. Joseph Cathedral and Hoan Kiem Lake are a bit farther but one can walk. The trees on the roadside shield you from the hot sun. I would stay here again.

1. Staff are really friendly and helpful. I could not have asked for more from them. An absolute joy 2. They allowed me to store the luggage at the hotel on check out and also when i went on an overnight cruise at Ha Long Bay 3. The bed is the most comfortable one of all the hotels i have stayed in Vietnam over 2 weeks 4. there is a lift and also a porter to help with luggage 5. wifi and AC was good 6. spacious room and quite quiet 7. really good location and i was able to walk everywhere in the Old Quarter

The hotel is very nice and clean, the room was very spacious. The breakfast was really good with many options of Vietnamese cuisine but also European, lot of fruits and vegetables and fresh juice. The staff was very nice and helpful. We booked overnight stay at Ha Long bay cruise through the hotel for a good price, got airport taxi and the hotel provides service of washing clothes beside other. They were very helpful and prompt also when I left my passport at the hotel and needed it delivered to the airport. The area is in the Old Quarters, so the streets are quite busy during the day and the evening, but we got good sleep anyway. A lot of good restaurants and shops nearby. Very pleasant stay.

I enjoyed how clean the property was and the helpful staff allowing us to check out before dawn. They even had some local snacks to try!

We (husband and wife) stayed in the Keypad Hotel for 7 nights. It is located in the heart of the Hoan Kiem Old Quarter district of Hanoi, very near to most interesting places to visit. The staff in the hotel was very friendly. The lady at the reception was very fluent in English and helped us a lot. When we arrived we asked where we could by a mobile phone SIM card. She immediately let some person come to the hotel. He provided us with a prepaid VINAPHONE for max mobile data 120 GB for 30 days at 200,000 VND. We used it throughout our full trip in Vietnam from the North to the South. As all apps can be used in Vietnam it was very useful (Grab, Google Maps, Google Translate). She also helped us very good with ordering touristic trips in the North of Vietnam (Halong Bay etc..), including pick up in front of the hotel, and this at very good prices. The breakfast was also very diverse including Vietnamese and American style food. The lady organizing the breakfast also spoke English very well and was very friendly to us. She made the breakfast a real nice experience. She was very kind to the hotel guests to prepare special breakfast dishes (e.g. various egg-style breakfast, pho etc.). The stay in the Keypad Hotel was a nice and happy experience!
